Since 2011, programming has been one of my greatest passions, right alongside coaching. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than building a thoughtful blueprint that helps someone achieve a lifelong goal (or a powerful short-term one) and watching that transformation unfold. That belief is what led to the creation of the Strong Enough model.
